We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy: Account and contact data: Retained for the duration of our relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfil any residual legal or contractual obligations, typically no longer than 3 years after the end of the relationship. Usage and technical data: Retained for up to 12 months for security monitoring and service improvement, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Platform operational data: Retained in accordance with the terms of your service agreement and your organisation's instructions as data controller. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
